1. A clear reading of the 2nd amendment in context clearly shows no unrestricted right of citizens to keep and bear arms.
2. I would not look to the U.S. Constitution if I were drafting a constitution in 2012.
3. Frankly, I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of.
