1. If you are already at war, finish it before starting a new one.
2. Pick ONE country to bomb. This is important.
3. Pick at least one other country to help with the bombing. If you can't get help, stop. Do not go to step 4.
4. Bomb the shit out of the country you picked in step 2. This should not take more than a month.
5. Declare victory whether they surrender or not.
6. STOP bombing them.
