Ideally, I'd make money from writing until I had enough passive income to retire. Then I'd occupy my time with various projects, experiments, and inventions.
I'm glad I've worked a variety of jobs. All those experiences benefitted me and made my life interesting.

Admin role at women's prison:
Pros: Crazy fucking stories you couldn't get anywhere else, generally great people to work with, insight into how fucked up government really is
Cons: Low pay considering how much they depend on you, insight into how fucked up government really is
Desk jockey at major auto manufacturer's distribution hub:
Pros: Not having to deal with mentally ill felons
Cons: Everything else. Even the coffee was fucking gross.
Desk jockey at pharmaceutical company dealing with insurance claims:
Pros: Fully remote job, decent pay and benefits, pretty easy once you've been there a month or two, plenty of downtime during which I can read books or browse certain libertarian forums or blogs of ex-Army linguists or study for a career in data science
Cons: Boring and unfulfilling
